Nordic Walking and Val Di Fiemme's own "Nordic Walking Vitality Park"
Nordic Walking is an outdoor activity, a soft training that develops endurance, strenght, coordination and fitness. The tecnique consists in walking with sticks, a movement that firms not only legs and buttocks but also the upper part of the body: arms, shoulders and pectorals. This exercise involves 90% of the muscles and reduces physical effort (-30%), while the burning of calories is 46% higher than in traditional jogging.
